You need to be versatile. We do not just replace tires on Toyota Corollas. We repair and replace tires on Porsches to our local landscaper’s dump truck and mowers and do everything in our power to make sure our customers get the best experience possible.
You need to take pride in your work. Leaving greasy fingerprints on the hood of a car will not be acceptable and we do not have a maid to clean up after you spilled oil on the ground.
We are looking to add trained Technicians to our team. Please do not apply if your only experience is changing used tires in your uncle's barn or you do not know what a TPMS sensor is.

Responsibilities
Reviews repair order requests and makes visual inspection of vehicles to determine the extent of tire service requirements and materials needed
Performs tire replacement or minor maintenance services
Installs valve stem and tire-pressure monitoring system (TPMS) as required. Mounts tire on wheel assembly and inflates tires as required
Test tire balances to ensure proper weight placement
Performs short road test to ensure proper installation
Reviews service with customer
Complies with Company Quality Control Program, Company Safety Policy, OSHA and EPA regulations
